Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PMaxTek ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit pmaxtek.com or contact us. The short version: we collect only what we need to identify you and respond to you, we use it only for the purpose you gave it to us, and we never sell it or share it with other users.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us — when you fill in our contact form, message us on WhatsApp, or email us: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message.
  • Technical information sent with the contact form — your IP address, browser/device details (user agent, screen size, language) and the submission time. We use this only to identify genuine enquiries and prevent spam and abuse.
  • Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (pages visited, clicks, scrolling, approximate location, device type). These tools may set cookies. See section 5.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this website.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • identify you and respond to your enquiry or request;
  • provide, quote for, or deliver the services you ask us for;
  • keep the website secure and protect it from spam, fraud and abuse;
  • understand how the site is used so we can improve it (aggregate analytics only);
  • comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Your consent

By submitting the contact form or otherwise sending us your details, you consent to us using them for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will then stop using your information and delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.

4. We do not sell or share your data

  • We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
  • We never share your information with other users, clients or visitors of this website.
  • We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting, form-handling and analytics providers), only as far as needed for them to perform that service, or where required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site itself does not use cookies to track you, but Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies or similar technologies to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or use tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking them will not affect your ability to use the site.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law (for example, for accounting or tax records). After that it is deleted.

7. How we protect your data

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or update it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • raise a concern or complaint with us.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

10. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party sites and services (for example social networks and WhatsApp). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date above.

12. Contact us
