PMaxTek is a software studio that builds AI chatbots, workflow automation and custom software for businesses. The Site provides information about our services and a way to contact us.

They do not form a binding offer; a project only begins once we agree a written proposal, quote or contract with you.

Any paid work we do for you is governed by the separate proposal, quote or agreement we sign with you. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for the work it covers.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos and design — belong to PMaxTek or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business use, but may not reproduce or modify its content without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
